SHIPPING RATES
EURORAGERS offers worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the region and are charged at a flat rate.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Please allow around 7-14 business days for EURORAGERS to process and ship orders. ย
- For made-to-order items, allow 14-31 business days for production before shipping.
- During high-demand periods or when experiencing an unusually large volume of orders, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. In such cases, we will keep you informed about any delays.
- Once your order has shipped, EURORAGERS will send you tracking information via email.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping price and must be paid upon receipt of the package. EURORAGERS is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise once the order has shipped.
RESHIPMENT DUE TO RETURNED PACKAGES
If an order is returned to EURORAGERS by the shipping provider due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details, or if the recipient is unavailable, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. ย
In cases where customers do not pay customs fees and the package is returned to EURORAGERS, any reshipping charges will also be the responsibility of the customer. EURORAGERS will contact the customer to arrange payment for these additional shipping fees before resending the order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
EURORAGERS is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been fulfilled, shipped, and entered the shipping courier's network. If you have concerns regarding your package, please contact the shipping provider directly or email info@EURORAGERS.com
RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the "Withdraw from Contract" form available on our website or contact us at info@euroragers.com.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging unless the item is defective.
Wrong or Defective Items:
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact EURORAGERS within 14 days of receiving your order at info@euroragers.com with your order number and details of the issue. Upon review, EURORAGERS will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Wear & Tear:
EURORAGERS is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, including damage sustained while worn in mosh pits or other activities.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers in the European Union may still exercise their statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
